Shuttle Schedule
5:00 pm - 11:15 pm
Please Note: All parking will be off site and shuttling is required. Schedule: Saturday (33 and 32 passenger shuttles) 5:00pm- One shuttle positioned at the Sleep Inn and then will pick up at the Hampton Inn (This will be the only shuttle time from the hotel). Main Parking will occur at a remote parking lot off of Pine Run Road. Please look for the parking signage. Both shuttles return to lot on Pine Run Road to load and deliver guests back to wedding site until 5:55pm. Any guests that arrive after 5:55pm will have to remain on shuttle until 6:30pm. Then you can join for the reception. Shuttles will start back again for any guests not staying for reception at 6:30pm and will run as needed until the last shuttle at 11:10pm
Rehearsal Dinner
6:00 pm - 10:30 pm

Wedding
6:00 pm - 11:00 pm
This event is black tie optional. Please keep in mind that the grass can be soft, so you might want to rethink the stilettos :)
Please note that Shuttles are required for all guests. Shuttle pick up will be from the hotels and the remote parking lot on Pine Run Road. Please look for the parking sign to help direct you.
Cocktail Hour
6:30 pm - 7:30 pm
While the bride and groom capture memories with their photographer, join us in a wonderland of food and drinks as we celebrate during cocktail hour.
Reception
7:30 pm - 11:00 pm
Enjoy delicious food and dance the night away as we celebrate the new Mr. & Mrs.
