What hotel should I stay at?

Answer

We have booked a block of rooms at the Independence Hotel in Independence, Oregon (it's a 23 minute drive from the venue). A king or double queen room is a flat rate of $159+10.5% tax per night. Book your room by September 16th. Code: "RubyLocke". Want to upgrade: use code WEDD for 10% off.

Are kids allowed?

Please be sure they are on the RSVP! Parents will need to keep an eye on their kids at all times, and kids are not allowed in the vineyard.

Can I bring a plus one?

What is the dress code?

"Pumpkin Spice Italian Life" Melanie likes to say. Think fall soiree vibes ;) It's not black tie, but better than your Sunday's best.

Can I bring my own alcohol?

This is a big NO - there are severe consequences (the event would be cancelled). The Bride and Groom will have a Hosted bar that will offer a variety of beers, seltzers, cider, and of course wine ;)

Cigarette and/or e-cigarette use is only allowed in the parking lot.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is room for up to 60 cars to park. We strongly encourage carpooling or using Ubers.

You will fly into Portland International Airport (PDX), which is about an hour drive to the venue and Independence Hotel.
