To help us keep our celebration intimate, we are only able to accommodate guests listed on the invitation. Thank you for your understanding - we hope to meet your significant other another time.

Are children welcome at the wedding?

Children are absolutely welcome. That said, we hope parents might use this as an opportunity to enjoy a date night while we celebrate together. Please do what feels most comfortable for your family.

What time should I arrive?

Please plan to arrive between 4:30 and 4:45 to allow time to get settled before the ceremony begins.

Will the ceremony and reception be held at the same location?
Answer
Yes, both the ceremony and reception will be held at Windsong Estate Event Center.

Is the ceremony or reception going be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Both the ceremony and reception will be held indoors. However, Windsong Estate Event Center also has a patio and lawn area with outdoor games that guests are welcome to enjoy during the reception.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes, there is a paved parking lot available at Windsong Estate Event Center.

I have a food allergy - can accommodations be made?

Please let us know of any food allergies or dietary restrictions when you RSVP, and we will do our best to accommodate.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?
Answer
We kindly ask that our ceremony be phone- and camera-free so our photographer can capture all the special moments. Thank you for being fully present with us.

Can I bring my own alcohol?
Answer
No - our venue does not allow outside alcohol due to insurance requirements. Any alcohol brought onto the premises may result in removal from the venue.

Is smoking permitted at the venue?
Answer
Cigarettes are permitted only in designated outdoors areas, including the patio and benches on the southeast side of the building at Windsong Estate Event Center. Marijuana is not permitted on the premises, and violations may result in removal from the venue and a fine.
