What time will the Ceremony commence?

Answer

The ceremony will commence at 4:30pm. The wedding ceremony and light refreshments will be held in the Bushmere Arms gardens with reception to follow inside the conservatory within Bushmere Arms.

Transport to Wedding?

Answer

We have arranged for Bus transportation to the wedding venue and back which guests can use this free service. Bus Departure to Wedding Venue: Date: Saturday, 15th November 2025 Location: Gisborne Train Station, Awapuni, Gisborne 4010, New Zealand Meet time: 3:30pm. Bus will depart at approximately 3:45pm.

On street parking is available on the Main Road outside the Bushmere Arms venue.

Wedding Registry?

Answer

With all that we have, we are beyond blessed, With most guests travelling from afar it may be hard to fit a present in the car Our wish is only to see you on the day celebrating in your own special way But if you still wish to give a gift, a donation is much appreciated.

Please be aware that this will be an adults-only wedding.

Can I bring a mate/friend?

Our wedding is a private function which extends to invited guests only.

Dietary requirements?

Answer

The food menu is catered for a range of different dietary requirements. Please get in touch with Aurora at stewartaurora@gmail.com should you have any specific dietary requirements. Please bring any dietary requirement medication with you if required.

Is this a BYO event?

Answer

No, Bushmere Arms does not permit bring your own (BYO) alcohol onto the premises. Only alcohol from the venue bar can be consumed on site.
