We first met through mutual friends back in 2016 and saw each other in group hangouts, laughed, shared snacks, disappeared, reappeared — you know how life goes. We stayed friends, but we were both doing our own thing and eventually lost touch. Fast forward a few years: Somehow, we found our way back to each other — older, calmer, and finally on the same page. The catch? Long distance. (A love story powered by video calls, airport security checks, expensive trips, and sending photos of what we were eating) After doing that for a while, we both said, “Okay, enough. Let’s see what happens when we’re actually in the same country.” So, Eindra moved to Australia to start her Master’s — and somewhere between the grocery runs and arguing about where to eat, it became obvious. Turns out, when it’s the right person, the timing eventually catches up.
