Aung and Ashly have known each other since middle school. But their story together did not start there, it began 6 years later where they reconnected again. The summer before they both headed to separate colleges is where they started to build a real connection. Even through the distance, they still found ways to continue to make their relationship grow through endless FaceTime calls and text messages. A year later, Aung decided to transfer universities and move to San Antonio to be closer to Ashly. Through their college years, they adopted two beautiful dogs known as Kodi and Toby, whom they consider their children. They graduated from Texas A&M University - San Antonio together in 2024. Their relationship took a major jump when on April 25th, 2025 Aung got down on one knee and declare his love to Ashly by asking her to marry him. As they continue on this beautiful journey together, they are filled with joy and excitement to not only share their love story, but to get married in front of all their closest friends and families in August. They look forward to celebrating, sharing laughter, and creating lasting memories with everyone they love.
