Our Ceremony

Our Beach themed wedding is non-formal in shades of ocean blue, white and sand. The venue has parking for about 50 vehicles. Additional dirt parking is available and located north/next to building, (higher ground clearance vehicles recommended.) We also have great Uber and Lyft services in Rio Rancho and Albuquerque.
Reception, Dinner and Celebrations

There will be a brief break between the ceremony and reception to allow vendors to set up and photographs of the wedding party. Please come back and join us for the Reception! Cocktail hour will begin at 5pm and dinner will be served at 6pm. We will be enjoying a delicious Italian dinner. Your menu choices as follows: Baked Penne Pasta: Penne Pasta Baked with Ricotta, Fresh Tomato Sauce and Melted Mozzarella Cheese Southwest Chicken Alfredo with Green Chili: Pasta with Chicken Tossed in our Classic Green Chili Alfredo Sauce Chicken Francese (GF): Sautéed Egg Dipped Chicken Breast with Lemon Butter Caper Sauce Meatballs and Sausage Marinara: Homemade Italian Meatballs and Sausage in our Fresh Tomato Sauce Sautéed Fresh Vegetables: Assorted Seasonal Vegetable Garden salad and Italian bread Open Bar: beer, wine and chosen cocktail
