FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We would like everyone to send in their RSVP's as soon as possible, but at the very latest we need them by March 1st, 2022. This is to help us make plans to have the most special weekend we can for everyone. Can't wait to see you there.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is Cocktail Wear. But because we are outside and the reception will take place inside historic ruins, we recommend not wearing stiletto heels or anything that might make it difficult to move on uneven terrain.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Using our online RSVP form you can input any food restrictions that you have. We will do our best to work with the caterer to accommodate any food allergies or restrictions. Please reach out to the bride & groom if you need to go over anything specific or would like more information.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that all attendees arrive at least 20 mins prior to the start of the ceremony. This should give you enough time to park and be seated.

Question

Will there be help getting to the ceremony site for anyone who is mobility impaired?

Answer

The venue does have a golf cart to help transport any persons needing assistance getting from the parking area to the ceremony site. Please reach out to the bride and groom in advance so they can notify the venue to be on the look out for you arrival.

Question

What are you doing in response to the COVID 19 pandemic?

Answer

We all know that we are in a new era when it comes to understanding public health concerns. We are asking that if you are able, please get vaccinated against covid 19. For anyone unable to be vaccinated, we ask that you get tested prior to attending as we have some members who are particularly vulnerable and will have children in attendance under the age of 5. We are also going to provide masks for anyone who wishes to wear them during the ceremony/reception. We will be outside for the entire event and we hope that in conjunction with vaccines and testing it will mitigate any concerns regarding health and safety. Should there be any changes in health and safety policies we will be sure to update you on the website. If you have any concerns you wish to go over, please let the bride or groom know.
