Feel free to park or be dropped off at the South Seas Resort Welcome Center. Resort trolleys will transport guests throughout the property.
We kindly ask guests to dress in formal attire, but above all, wear what makes you feel comfortable and confident! For inspiration, think dresses or gowns with a fresh springtime feel! Bright and cheerful colors like soft pinks, sunny yellows, fresh greens, or floral patterns. Men can choose a suit in lighter tones or classic navy, paired with a colorful tie or pocket square for a seasonal touch. The ceremony will take place on the South Seas Golf Course. Signs will guide you upon arrival, and the resort trolley will transport guests to the ceremony location.
Cocktail hour will take place immediately following the ceremony on the putting green at The Clutch Clubhouse.
The reception will take place outdoors on the 9th hole of the South Seas Resort golf course. Please plan to dress accordingly and bring any outerwear you might need for the evening.

Yes! We’re so excited to have a room block at South Seas Island Resort so our friends and family can stay close and enjoy the weekend together. You can reserve your room through our special link here to receive our group rate. We recommend booking early since rooms are limited, and we’d love for everyone to be able to join us on the island.
We kindly ask that you RSVP by Sunday, March 1, 2026 so we can finalize our guest count and seating arrangements.
We will have trolley service on the wedding day to help guests travel between the ceremony and reception. The trolley runs approximately every 15 minutes.
You are welcome to drive your car around the resort, but South Seas Resort also offers golf cart and bike rentals for easier navigation during your stay. Guests staying off-property must park at the Welcome Center and use the resort trolleys to get around.
Guests can also explore the island with resort carts (4- or 6-passenger) and bicycles, available to rent. Reserve yours before arrival to make getting around easy. You can also use the open-air resort trolley, which runs the length of the property every 15 minutes from 8 AM to 10 PM. Whether by cart, bike, or trolley, it’s a fun way to see more of the island.
While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults only celebration. We hope you can enjoy a fun night off with us!
