Formal invitations will be mailed this summer and include a deadline for RSVPs! If you already know that you will not be able to join us, please fill out your RSVP form on this website or let the bride and groom know in advance so we can plan accordingly.
While we wish we could allow all guests to bring a date, there is limited capacity at our venue. If you are permitted a plus one, their information will be included on your formal invitation and the online RSVP form.
We would love for you to treat this weekend in Southern California as a vacation! While we love your little ones, our wedding events are adults-only please.
The dress code is black tie optional. For gentlemen, we please request that you wear a tux or suit (including a jacket). For ladies, we please request that you wear a floor-length dress or gown of any color.
The ceremony will begin promptly at 5 pm. Shuttles will be stationed at 3:45 pm, leaving at 4 pm from Westlake Village Inn for the 30 minute drive.
Women may wear a cocktail length dress or sundress with heels or sandals. Men may wear a suit or dress pants (jackets and ties are both optional). Please no jeans, denim shorts/skirts, or other beachwear.
There will be shuttles running between Hummingbird Nest and Westlake Village Inn.
There will be valet at Hummingbird Nest on wedding day! Please keep in mind, these valet parking spots are mainly for guests who live in California and will be driving back to their homes after the event. We would like to keep our guests as safe as possible, if you plan on drinking at the reception please have a designated driver or plan on ubering to our shuttle pickup location! Uber and Lyft access is limited from Hummingbird Nest Ranch, so if you Uber to the venue please plan to take the provided shuttle back to the Westlake Village Inn at the end of the evening. You’ll be able to access an Uber easily from Westlake Village.
