Theme: Coastal Southern Gothic Romance

The celebration of our union is defined by sepulchral elegance, salvaged splendor, and briny decadence. Inspired by the devastating beauty of St. Augustine, the mysticism of New Orleans, and the legacy of the Key West wreckers, we evoke a Greek Revival manor claimed by swamp and sea-spray. This is the sacro-profane: cathedralic majesty, nautical noir, and mythopoetic Americana.
Amidst the coastal heat, we embrace breathable opulence; timeless organic textiles: linen, silk, gauzy cotton, and vintage lace, with bygone and classical silhouettes, beguiling and weathered; the marooned libertine in salt-caked velvet and bruised silk, the tidal wraith in tea-stained lace; a rhythmic click-clack of leather boots on port-city cobblestones. Come as a haunted castaway, a sea-worn saint, a clandestine poet, or a nocturnal aristocrat.
(this is not a costume party, just a themed party, no pressure to do anything crazy [unless you really want to], just dark, earthy, adventurous, bygone whimsy)
