Abigail and Collin met on the dating app OK Cupid, which estimated a 93% compatibility. Conversation led to their first date at Amélie’s French Bakery in Charlotte on a sweaty summer day. For the following ten months, A+C dated long distance while attending separate universities. With frequent calls lasting late into the night and weekend visits ending far too soon, they both completed their senior years. After graduation, Abigail and Collin moved to Washington DC together for graduate school and work, respectively. With their two beautiful cats, they are now living in Maryland, and are excited to build their lives as a married couple!

During a wonderful (and precisely planned) visit to the National Arboretum, Collin dropped to one knee and asked Abigail to marry him underneath the Vermont state tree. Excitedly, she blurted: "OF COURSE!"
