Welcome to our wedding weekend extravaganza! Those arriving by Friday evening are invited to our Welcome Party held at Home Bar Chattanooga. The bar will be open and there will be some light bites served as we socialize and get excited for our wedding weekend! This is a casual evening. If you plan to join us on Friday evening (and we hope you do), please respond by September 1, 2026 so that we can confirm our catering order. Thank you! PLEASE NOTE: ANY AND ALL PEOPLE UNDER 21 YEARS OF AGE MUST BE GONE FROM THE PREMISES BY 8:45PM SHARP. *NO EXCEPTIONS.*

OPTIONAL: Transportation

Transportation is available through Nooga Shuttles. There will be two white busses available to pick you up from either the Chattanoogan Hotel or the Holiday Inn Downtown. If you choose to use the available optional transportation, please RSVP by September 1, 2026 to allow us an accurate headcount. Remember that there will be drinks served at the wedding, and your safety is our priority! The bus schedule will be as follows: Bus departure from the Chattanoogan Hotel: 2:45PM Bus departure from the Holiday Inn Downtown: 2:45PM Early departure option from Hidden Springs Venue: 8pm Standard departure option from Hidden Springs Venue: 9:30pm
Ceremony
4:00 pm - 4:30 pm

The ceremony will be held near the woods behind the reception hall. You'll walk on soft grass and there will be seating available. Please let us know if you may require assistance or special seating. This is an unplugged event- we request you silence your phones & simply sit with us in the moment as we celebrate our love. <3
Reception

After the ceremony, we will enjoy select beverages and passed appetizers during a Cocktail Hour in the patio area behind the Reception Hall prior to the reception. Dinner will be served food station style in the Reception Hall. Please indicate any allergies or dietary requirements on your RSVP. Hidden Springs Venue requires that we limit the selection of liquor drinks available, so there will be two signature cocktails and beer/wine/ciders available, but NOT an open bar. We are required to confirm our total guest count for the reception minimum one month prior to the wedding, so we kindly appreciate your response by September 1, 2026.

Farewell Brunch

Our friends and family who are not traveling Sunday morning are invited to join us in the Walker Room at the Chattanoogan Hotel on Sunday morning for a very casual Farewell Brunch. For food and staffing planning purposes, The Chattanoogan Hotel requires a head count for the Brunch minimum one month prior to the wedding. If you plan to join us, please update your response no later than September 1st, 2026. This is a casual drop-in meal... a simple eggs, bacon, and pastries breakfast and a time to say goodbye before beginning your journey home. (But please don't feel any pressure if you need to sleep in!)
