Spencer and Audrey met online through a dating app. From the beginning, Audrey has always said that she would be a sponsor for the "said" dating app, but since they haven't reached out since this match made in heaven was made, we'll leave their name out of this story. It all began in the summer of 2023, when these two kindred spirits met. Life didn't make sense for either of them at the time. Hearts were previously broken, promises not kept, and both of their hearts weren't exactly in the right place to find a new relationship, until they met each other. Something about the way they spoke for hours over the phone almost every night, made each other laugh as no one else had before; they had realized this wasn't just "the next relationship" in their lives. This was destiny, some call it divine intervention, fate. So, after a few weeks of talking over the phone, the couple decided to meet at Dave'n'Busters, where Audrey COMPLETELY destroyed Spencer at Guitar Hero, and Spencer shamefully beat Audrey at air hockey...multiple times. After, the two went for Vietnamese food and watched the second Lord of the Rings movie. They soon realized that something fantastic had happened in this meeting. They both felt like they were kids again. Both of them were reminded of what it used to feel like to run barefoot in the river, to collect shells on the beach, and to hike in the off-trail areas of the Angeles National Forest. Simply enjoying being alive in the same air as eachother made them feel whole again, and with this, they finally started to heal their hearts. They got their spark back, the twinkle came back into their eyes, and things like waking up to adulthood aren't so daunting anymore. Life felt right together, life felt complete together, life felt like it had never felt...together. Since the first date, they have been inseparable. So many life events have happened for these two people in the last few years (travel, graduating college, first jobs in their careers, moving, parties, friend gatherings, international soul searching) that there is no way they have not been partners in a past life. They will continue to live this next life with the souls of all of you. The couple genuinely thanks everyone who has made it this far with them. They look forward to learning and growing as a couple together. They never thought this day would finally come, and now it's here!
