When is the wedding?

Answer

The wedding will be on Sunday, October 12th, 2025 in Marquette, Michigan. Please note that this is a three day weekend for many people as that Monday is a federal holiday. In such, we plan to have smaller events throughout the weekend so that guests can make the most of their visit.

Are children welcomed?

Answer

Yes! If your family has been invited, that includes your kids!

What is the dress code for the ceremony/reception?

Answer

Our dress code is Garden Semi-Formal! Think your standard semi-formal attire with a floral twist or a pop of color! Please do not wear jeans or white to this event. Florals are encouraged! Our colors are Coral, Brick, Brass, Gold, and Moss Green if you're interested in matching our color scheme.

What's the best way to get to the venue?

Answer

The Upper Peninsula is very car-centric. During your stay, it will be best to rent a vehicle and car pool to the venue.

Where is the best place to stay?

Answer

Marquette, MI is where we are basing all of our wedding activities. It's best to stay in or around the town. In and around the downtown area would be convenient for sightseeing. Will there be other events besides the wedding during the weekend?

Answer

Yes! We will have a Welcome Event the evening of the 11th and a Farewell Breakfast on the 13th. Details to follow soon!

What's the weather in Marquette, MI like in October?

Answer

Average high is 53 degrees with lows in the 40's--so quite cold for the average Floridian! A jacket is recommended and warmer underclothes like Heat Tech.
