FAQs

If you have any other questions, feel free to reach out to Audrey or Zac.
Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Please join us in semi-formal attire as we celebrate our wedding day. For gentlemen—this typically means a suit or button-down (ties are optional, but encouraged). For ladies—cocktail dresses, elegant skirts, or dressy pantsuits are perfect. The ceremony will be in the grass, so please keep this in mind when choosing shoes. We want everyone to feel polished yet comfortable as we share this special day together. The wedding party will be in shades of navy and sky blue, so feel free to compliment, but not match, if you're looking for inspiration. Please steer clear of white, ivory, or anything that might be confused for bridal. Thank you!

Question

What time should we arrive?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 4:30, so please try to arrive by 4:15. If you are staying in a hotel, check-in starts at 3:00, so that gives you time to get settled in your room before driving over to the venue.

Question

Can we bring our children to the wedding?

Answer

We adore your little ones, but to keep the celebration intimate, we kindly ask that no children under 8 attend—with the exception of our nephews, who will be part of the day.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We ask that only those listed on the invitation attend, as we're unable to accommodate additional guests. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Will it be outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors (weather permitting). The ceremony will be in the sun, but fans/parasols will be provided. Should the weather not cooperate, there are indoor backup options. The reception will be indoors with A/C.

Question

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is a parking lot on the property. There is also a Golf Cart Concierge for guests with mobility needs.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

No, all guests will be responsible for their own transportation to and from their hotels. There are Uber and Lyft services available in the area if you'd prefer not to drive, though!

Question

What if I'm unable to make it after I RSVP'd yes?

Answer

We completely understand that unexpected emergencies can arise. If you're unable to attend due to an emergency, please let us know as soon as possible. We kindly ask that guests avoid cancelling at the last minute or not showing up without notice for non-emergency reasons, as our wedding day means so much to us and each guest's seat, meal, and experience have been thoughtfully planned and paid for in advance. We truly appreciate your understanding and respect for this.
