Do I need a passport?
Answer
Yes! All guests will need a valid passport to travel to Mexico. Make sure yours is up to date and does not expire within 6 months of travel.

What airport should I fly into?
Answer
Please book flights into Cancun International Airport (CUN). The resort is about 40 minutes from the airport.
Question
How do I book my room?
Answer
We have a reserved hotel room block for our guests: https://www.hyatt.com/events/en-US/group-booking/CANIF/G-2AUW. Your reservation includes all-inclusive food and drinks.

Is there a minimum stay for the room block?
Answer
Yes. The resort requires a 3-night minimum stay, from November 2–5, 2026 (you’re welcome to add extra nights if you’d like to extend your trip!).

Yes, children are welcome!

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
Answer
All events — the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception — are outdoors. Please dress comfortably for warm weather and ocean breezes.

Will transportation be provided from the airport to the resort?
Answer
Transportation is not included, but taxis and shuttle services are easy to arrange at the airport. We’ll share recommended options on the Travel tab.

What time do the wedding events start?
Answer
4:30 PM – Ceremony 5:30 PM – Cocktail Hour 6:30–10:30 PM – Reception All take place on Tuesday, November 3, 2026.

What’s included in the all-inclusive plan?
Answer
All meals — breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, and room service (wedding events excluded) Unlimited drinks — alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, bottled water, specialty coffees and teas, and mini-bar drinks Resort access — restaurants, bars, pools, lounges, and entertainment during regular operating hours Basic Wi-Fi internet Non-motorized water sports (some exceptions apply) Fitness center, table games, scheduled shows, and mini-club activities All taxes and gratuities

What do I wear?

Semi-Formal/Formal attire, all colors are welcome besides white. Our color scheme is all pastels, blues and tans if you would like to match. (Ex. For men… button down shirt with dress pants or Khakis. For women… midi or maxi dresses)
