Due to limited space at our venue, we are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, "guest" will appear under your name when you RSVP through the website. Please be sure to list the name of the guest who will be joining you.
We kindly invite our guests to join us in smart or semi-formal outdoor wedding attire, with elegant pastel hues preferred.
The ceremony will be held outdoors (weather permitting). The cocktail hour and reception will be held indoors/outdoors.
You can RSVP via our website as soon as you'd like! Please make sure to RSVP by May 15th, 2026. This allows us to give our vendors a correct count prior to the wedding.
We have a block of rooms reserved at the Marriott Meadowview Conference Resort and Convention Center in Kingsport, TN. All rooms reserved are double queen bed rooms at $158/night. This block of rooms are available until May 19th, 2026.
