In June of 2015, we met while on vacation in Parker, AZ over 200 miles away from our hometown. Despite growing up in the same town and going to the same school, this was the first time our paths had ever crossed. After the trip we both went home and started the typical dating cycle for 15-year-olds - ice skating, bowling, movies, ice cream. Who would have known that 8 years later those same 15-year-olds are ready to walk down the aisle.

On July 7, 2021 we were celebrating our 6 year anniversary together. Audrey was expecting a simple dinner at a restaurant overlooking the beach in Malibu. In reality she was surprised by an archway covered in flowers waiting for her in a hidden cove. It was there that Troy decided to pop the question and bring Audrey to tears.
