Are kids and plus-ones welcome?

Answer

While we love your children, our wedding will be an invited adults-only event (ages 16+), with the exception of those in the wedding party. We hope parents can relax and enjoy a well-deserved evening out! In regard to plus-ones, we’re keeping our guest list limited to close friends and family. We’re only able to accommodate those listed on your RSVP, and we truly appreciate your understanding.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We want you to feel comfortable and confident at our wedding! The dress code is dressy casual to semi-formal. For this time of year in Ohio, here are a few ideas: Guests who prefer dresses might consider floor length dresses, cocktail dresses, or lightweight separates, paired with flats or wedge heels. Guests who prefer pants can opt for a light dress shirt with khakis or other dress slacks. Suit jackets and ties are encouraged but not required. We kindly ask that you avoid jeans and sneakers.

Do you prefer us to wear a certain color or style?

Answer

Our wedding will be filled with pastel florals and accents of blue, and we’d love for our guests to reflect that joyful palette! Envision...Garden Party!! Please wear bright, spring-inspired colors- think florals, yellows and oranges, blush pinks, lilac, sage, and blues. We do ask that guests refrain from wearing white, cream, or ivory to keep those shades special for the couple.

Should I submit my RSVP online or mail it in?

Answer

We can’t wait to celebrate with you! Kindly RSVP either online or by mailing back your response card by (to be determined) so we can finalize the details.

Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

Our venue is located at 7440 South Mason Montgomery Road, Mason, OH 45040. When you arrive, look for signage directing you to the Carriage House, where the ceremony will take place. Please note that there is a small staircase leading to the ceremony space; however, an elevator is available through the door on the left side of the entrance stairs for those who prefer step-free access. After the ceremony, please join us for cocktail hour in The Courtyard — a whimsical space filled with wisteria, a full bar, and hors d’oeuvres to enjoy before the reception begins. It’s just a short walk along a charming sidewalk through the flower gardens, or you may choose to drive to the front parking area and enter through the main event entrance. The reception will follow in the Georgian Ballroom, located in the main event center, attached to The Courtyard.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Absolutely! There will be an open bar during cocktail hour and the reception for you to enjoy. We do recommend bringing a little cash to tip Manor House's amazing bartenders, who we know and love. If you’re sticking around for the after-party, bring cash or a credit card, as drinks after the reception will be on your own. Cheers!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We’re happy to accommodate food allergies and dietary restrictions! Please make a note on your RSVP or let us know ahead of time so we can ensure your meal is safe and enjoyable. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate special requests on the day of the wedding.
