We kindly ask that our wedding be an adults-only celebration. We hope you'll use this evening as a special night out to enjoy yourselves!
Due to space limitations and the desire to keep our celebration intimate, we can only accommodate invited guests. Thank you for understanding!
Both the ceremony and reception will take place outside, surrounded by beautiful aspen trees! We're hoping for a sunny day, but the evening will likely get a bit chilly. There will be a fire pit and a few outdoor heaters, but we recommend bringing along a jacket or a shawl as well.
Semi-formal, or cocktail attire. Please note that both the ceremony and reception are outdoors, we recommend grass-friendly footwear.
There is a parking lot just North of the main building that guests are welcome to park in. 10 parking spaces right outside of the front gate will be reserved for the wedding party. As Incline Village is a vacation community, parking is limited. We encourage carpooling and other ride share options!
