When do I need to RSVP by?

Is there a room block at the resort?

Answer

Yes! Follow the link to reserve a room in our block. We are working with Modern Destination Weddings (MDW) travel agency to assist with accommodations and transportation. After visiting our room block website and requesting a quote, MDW will create a quote for your requested room which includes non-private transportation to and from the airport. When booking through MDW, you will be assigned a personal travel agent that you can communicate with directly regarding questions or concerns regarding your stay. Don't hesitate to reach out to them when booking.

What if I have other questions before booking my room?

Is there transportation included from Cancun International Airport?

Answer

If you book through our room block with Modern Destination Weddings, then non-private transportation is included in your stay. You can upgrade to private if you choose. If you choose to book privately, we suggest booking with a reputable shuttle service and not taxis at the airport for safety. We have used Amstar and Lomas travel previously and would recommend both.

Is Secrets Moxche an all inclusive resort?

Answer

Yes! Secrets Moxche resort is all inclusive. Please note this resort is adults only and no one under the age of 18 is permitted to stay or attend the wedding.

Can I stay at a different resort and still attend the wedding?

Answer

You are more than welcome to stay at another resort but please let the bride and groom know as soon as possible. Every guest not staying on property is required a guest pass for the evening which needs to be arranged in advance.

Can I bring my children?

Leave the kids at home and take a vacation for yourself! Secrets Moxche is adults only and therefore no one under the age of 18 is permitted on property.

Can I bring a plus one?

Unless specified on your invitation, please do not bring additional guests to the wedding or wedding weekend events.

What's the dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal resort attire. Please no jeans or t-shirts. Please note the resort has some uneven surfaces and sand so we suggest a small wedge heel or block heel for women's shoes if you're choosing to wear heels.
