When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP no later than August 5th!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 5 pm. We HIGHLY suggest arriving no later than 4:30 pm. Once the gates to the ceremony are closed, they will not be reopened until the ceremony is over.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes. Please let Audrey or Seth know of your food allergy so we can accommodate your needs.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes. There is a huge parking lot right near the ceremony/reception space.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, there is transportation to and from both hotels. There will be multiple trips before and after the wedding. If you do not want to utilize the transportation, Uber is available.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Dress code is cocktail attire. Suits are mandatory for men. Temecula in September can be warm during the day, but low to mid 70's at night which is very comfortable.

Is there a lot of walking around the venue?

Answer

Throughout the night guests can explore the vineyard. There are some grassy areas so ladies be mindful when choosing your footwear as heels may sink into the ground.
