Question
When should I RSVP by?
Answer
To help us with our planning, please RSVP as soon as possible. However, the deadline is July 27th 2025. If we do not receive your RSVP by this date, you will automatically be marked as “not attending”. We will miss celebrating with you but we need to provide our vendors with a total guest count in a timely manner, we hope you understand.

What should I do if I can’t make it?
Answer
You will be missed! If you are unable to make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no”, so we can plan accordingly.

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you receive a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding, and please feel free to reach out with any questions!

Is the wedding outside?
Answer
yes, as the sun will be shining (hopefully) the ceremony will be outside. Typically late August weather in Kansas is in the 80s during the day then cools down in the evening. Please make sure to dress accordingly and keep hydrated throughout the day.

What should I wear?
Answer
We would love to see our friends and family to get dressed up with us! The official dress code for all events is semi-formal. When should I arrive?
Answer
Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time to find parking and your seat. The ceremony will begin at 5pm so plan to arrive by 4:30pm. If you happen to be late you will need to wait until the ceremony is over. If that happens, you will still be able to attend the reception so hang tight and we will see you at the reception. Thank you for your understanding!

Where do I park?
Answer
There will be parking available at the venue. There will be signs to help direct you to the correct area once you arrive. If you have a little too much fun with us and are stressing about your vehicle situation, worry not! Please arrange a safe way home and return early the next morning to pick up your vehicle.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?
Answer
We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins, we ask all phones be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully present with us and for our photographer to be able to capture the best moments, which we will absolutely share with you. After the ceremony, please feel free to take as many pictures as you please as long as you promise to send them to us at the end of the night!

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
Yes! The drinks are on us but the hangover is on you! There will not be a designated shuttle transporting guests to and from the venue, please arrange transportation from the venue if you plan on drinking.

Gifts required?
Answer
Absolutely not; while they are greatly appreciated, we are just so thankful you decided to spend your day off celebrating our love with us. If you feel inclined to gift, we will have our wedding registry linked to our wedding website leading up to the wedding date.
