While your guests and children are certainty welcome to join you in Florida and as a part of your vacation trip. Due to venue restrictions and the early hours when festivities are planned to start, unless you are informed otherwise by us, we are unable to accommodate anyone who previously did not RSVP by the required deadline.
If your children are older, you may consider letting them enjoy a day at a park (including Epcot) or your Resort amenities during our celebration. However, should you need childcare services, Kid’s Nite Out is a Disney recommended vendor who can provide childcare services, including at your resort and hotel room. Please see their services here: https://kidsniteout.com/weddings/.

If you are off-property, you will have to secure your own transportation, which can include ride-share services. Note that many larger off-property hotels and resorts (ex. Orlando World Center Marriott) offer shuttle service between the parks and their resorts.
