Although we would love to accommodate all children, we are only able to accommodate the children who are part of the bridal party.

Hotel guests will need to have their own transportation to and from the wedding ceremony at the Church. However, there will be transportation leaving the hotel at 4:00pm to bring guests to the reception and then back to the hotel after the reception.
Absolutely ! Please text us the name and artist of the song you’d like or click the link and fill out the google form and we will accommodate as many as we can.
We would like you to enjoy the night as presently as possible, however we do understand that you may need your cell phone to contact individuals outside of the wedding. Please feel free to use your phone, but keep it on vibrate and tucked away as much as possible.
You can take as many pictures throughout the night as you like, but during directed “No Cell Phone” times announced by the DJ please put cell phones away.
Facility Staff and Vendors can communicate with you and help where needed, but remember they are running the show and are quite busy behind the scenes. If you can direct questions to the Wedding Coordinator, Maid of Honor or Mother of the Bride it would be appreciated. DJ & Photographer — Both individuals we would like to make sure are highly respected and given the space to let their talent and creativity flow. We respect their craft highly and want to make sure their time is honored when they are with us; please be mindful of them while you are enjoying your night.

Yes, regular soft drinks and juices will be available as well as a signature non alcoholic beverage.
