Please try to RSVP at your earliest convenience, but have your response sent in no later than September 1st, 2025. This gives us plenty of time to alert the vendors and venue staff of our exact guest total!
We are aiming for a Semi Formal dress code, as we understand that everyone has a different wardrobe budget. We request our guests to be in either suits or slacks with suit jackets, or in dresses or a long skirt with a nice shirt. Please no jeans, but feel free to wear sneakers for dancing!! For those curious and who wish to avoid match the wedding party, our wedding colours are sage green and light blueish greens.
We are always conscious of dietary restrictions, and have tried to create a menu that has an option for everyone (and does not make the bride use her EpiPen on her wedding day!). If you would like to alert us of any possible allergens, please make sure it is put somewhere in your RSVP.
Due to our wedding being on the more smaller, intimate side, we would prefer if you ask either the bride or groom first about RSVPing a potential plus one if they have not been previously approved by us.
You may bring your children, but please remember that this is a formal event and not necessarily catered towards the preferences of children. We do warn that speeches or possible song choices may have cursing.
Yes, there is public parking if you are not planning on using a ride share/taxi service and wish to park close by! Please go under the "Travel" section where there is a map that contains possible parking and hotel options near the venue.
Doors will open at 1 PM, so please try to arrive between 1:00 to 1:20 pm. For a more detailed scheduling break down, please look at our "Wedding Timeline" section.
We do have a registry if you wish to give us a traditional gift option, but we would prefer our guests to gift money instead as the bride and groom will be moving in together in New Zealand after the wedding.
