When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by September 16th, 2026. If we do not receive your RSVP by the date provided, it will be marked "no".

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive by 3:30 pm to allow time for parking and finding seats.

Does the venue have parking?

Answer

There are three different ways to park: • Valet: $48 overnight parking, $25 for temporary parking – in a private garage, only accessible by Hotel Employees. o Highly Recommended • Street Parking: Utilizing the Park Mobile App – varies and paid per hour. • Garage/Surface lot parking: Hourly, accessible behind the Garage Food Hall and off Massachusetts Ave.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We'd love to see you dressed up with us! Please wear cocktail attire. The venue has a vintage, art deco vibe if you are looking for inspiration. Can I bring a date?

Due to space limitations, please only bring guests who are formally listed on your invitation or if your invitation includes "and guest".

We love you and your little ones; however, please only bring your children if they are formally listed on your invitation. Otherwise, use this as a great date night!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Of course! Please list any food allergies or preferences on your RSVP so we can let the chef know.

Will there be an open bar?

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Ceremony and reception are held in the courtyard of the hotel, cocktail hour will be inside the hotel in the Library.

Where should I stay?

Answer

We have a block of rooms right at the Bottleworks Hotel (where the wedding is!) under our name. Be sure to book before September 16th to get the discounted rate. A booking link is available under travel when you click “View”. Please use the link to book your room(s), the discounted rate is only available through the booking link.

What is the closest airport?

Answer

Indianapolis International Airport is only a 20 minute drive away!

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly request that guests do not take photos during the event. We have professional photographers to capture every moment so we can unplug and enjoy!

Do you have a wedding registry?

Answer

Your presence is our greatest gift, no gifts necessary! For those still wishing to give, we would be very grateful for a contribution towards our honeymoon or home improvement funds.
