The Safari Park is around the corner from Vista and is definitely worth visiting if you find yourselves in town for an extra day. Lots of exhibits and a safari ride through the park are included with admission.
Donuts and desserts provided at our wedding. Check out the nearby beaches such as Moonlight State Beach!
Open until 2 am for your late night convenience. Tacos reminiscent of the renowned Tacos El Gordo with the adobada on the spit, fresh tortillas, and that green sauce!
Most of the beer at our wedding is provided by the amazing Harland Brewing! Their home brewery is located in Scripps Ranch, but the tasting room has a bourgeoisie mini outlet that has shops, restaurants, and coffee shops including: Pigment, Sephora, Salt & Straw, Shake Shack, Blue Straw, etc.
Audrey and Lawrence's guaranteed hangover remedy is a large P-12. 10/10 recommended for the next-day head ouchies and tummy owies. Their menu is also very stacked.
Because you're in San Diego, so why not?
Beer at Stone, restaurants within the market, Corvette Diner for a kid-friendly dining experience, a walk in the many parks, etc. There's plenty to do in the area. If you'd like to see one of the most picturesque spots in San Diego, then check out Sunset Cliffs (10 minutes away) for photo opportunities and a nice view.
If you have time, take a stroll around the beautiful Balboa Park. Part 1 of our engagement session was shot here. Our personal favorite area of this park is the Spanish Village full of art and crafts. The San Diego Zoo is also next door to the park.
No frills burger joint frequented by yours truly. We love this spot for a burger, fries, and "Purple Drank" (alcoholic ube beverage).
Our favorite sushi spot with the best uni! Make sure to make a reservation if you plan on visiting. They are only open for dinner at 5 pm.
Our favorite Thai spot! The OG location is in University Heights, but this new location has more seating. Don't let the paper plates fool you. ;)
