Things To Do

The Wedding Website of Audrey Dunaway and Jorge Castello
Welcome to the Riviera Maya! We’re so honored you’ve traveled to one of our favorite places in Mexico. Tulum is a magical spot that's full of vibrant beauty, history, and incredible cuisine. Below are some of our personal highlights to help you explore and enjoy every moment.
Sana Sana Cafe by Raw Love Tulum

Sana Sana Cafe by Raw Love Tulum

Mexico

Located at Ahau on the beach (full restaurant is near the street side in Ahau). Raw love is a Tulum classic. Acai bowls, green smoothies, avocado toast, and great coffee. It’s a peaceful, beachy breakfast or light lunch spot.

Tulum Jungle Gym

Tulum Jungle Gym

Tulum Beach, Q.R. 77766, Mexico

Yes, it’s exactly what it sounds like-- an outdoor gym made from wood, ropes, rocks, and beach stones. Equal parts workout and photo op, and right on the beach.

BULA TULUM KAVA & KRATOM

BULA TULUM KAVA & KRATOM

Mexico

Not your typical bar, but so fun. Sip kava in a relaxed, earthy setting with jungle music and a calm buzz. Great before or after dinner if you want something different.

Casa Banana

Casa Banana

Km. 7.5 Carretera Tulum-Boca Paila, Tulum, Q.R. 77780, Mexico

Epic dinner spot. An open-air Argentinian grill that feels rustic, romantic, and very Tulum. Wood-fired everything, twinkly string lights, incredible steaks, fresh fish and cocktails.

Escultura Ven a la Luz

Escultura Ven a la Luz

Mexico

Outdoor sculpture and art park located next to Ahau. Famous sculpture is here that everyone loves to get a photo with. Pro tip: go at night when there is no line, its cooler, and there are fun lights.

Tulum Ruins

Tulum Ruins

Mexico

Perched on a cliff overlooking the turquoise Caribbean Sea, the Tulum Ruins are a must-see. This ancient Mayan site offers stunning views and a fascinating glimpse into Mexico’s rich history. We had a great time visiting these! Pro tip: Go early before the crowds arrive.

Burrito Amor

Burrito Amor

Mz 05 Avenida Tulum, Tulum, Q.R. 77760, Mexico

We think about this place a lot. Our favorite burritos in Tulum. Located in Tulum town. You can bike there (like we've done!) or try to hit it on your way in or out.

Cenotes

Cenotes

Cenotes are natural freshwater swimming holes formed by collapsed limestone caves. There are two kinds: open-air + underground. The Mayans considered them sacred, and it's easy to see why. There are hundreds around Tulum, a few popular ones include Gran Cenote, Cenote Calavera, and Cenote Dos Ojos. If you extend your trip this would be a very fun activity to plan!

La Taqueria Pinches Tacos Shop

La Taqueria Pinches Tacos Shop

Tulum, Q.R. 77780, Mexico

Perfect for tacos + drinks mid-day. The vibe is fun and funky, and the tacos hit the spot after a day in the ocean.
