What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Can I bring a date?

Unfortunately due to venue number restrictions, we can only accommodate the number of people reserved on the RSVP. If you have any questions about whether or not you were given a plus one, please feel free to reach out.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We ask that you make other arrangements for your children. If you have any concerns, please reach out!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The attire is black tie optional. Bring layers and warm clothing for cold winter weather and rain!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will be a shuttle from the Ace Hotel downtown PDX that leaves at 1:30pm for Silver Falls, and also brings guests back at the end of the night. Please let us know if you are planning on riding that shuttle.

Will alcohol be provided?

Answer

We will provide some alcohol and then turn into cash-bar later in the night.

Where is the ceremony and reception?

Answer

The ceremony and reception are both being held in the Big Leaf Dining Hall at Silver Falls Lodge in Silver Falls State Park.

What time will it end?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 4:00pm and the reception ends at 10:00pm.

How do we reserve our room at the lodge?

Answer

If you're staying at the lodge with us on Sunday, Jan. 7th, we have assigned you to a room or cabin. Wedding lodging booking is open NOW and will close on December 24th. You can book your lodging and any additional meals by calling the lodge (866-575-8875) or through the website with a code that we will provide. Currently, the website isn't functioning as planned, so please call the lodge. If you have any other questions please reach out!
