When should I RSVP by?

March 15th, 2021, but why wait? Send us your RSVP card as soon as possible! :)

How is David's Country Inn handling COVID-19 safety guidelines?

We know these are uncertain times and the safety of our family and friends is our priority. We are closely monitoring the situation around COVID-19 and the CDC's recommendations for group gatherings. We are looking forward to celebrating together safely.

Is the ceremony/reception indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be taking place outdoors in the courtyard. There will be a tent and some heating, but we'd strongly encourage you to bring a wrap, scarf, or light jacket in case it gets chilly! While the main events are outside, restrooms are indoors and guests can also feel free to walk around inside and sit by the fire! David's has a beautiful interior :)

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

Shuttle service to and from Holiday Inn - Budd Lake will be provided. Shuttle to the ceremony will leave from the hotel at 2:30pm and will pick us up by 8:30pm.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love kids! A bunch. But unless it's specifically noted on your invitation, we aren't able to accommodate kids at the wedding. Take the night off, get a babysitter lined up and get ready to party with us!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony is at 3:00pm, but please plan on arriving 10-15 minutes earlier if possible to get a good seat before we start!

What happens if I miss the shuttle bus from the hotel?

Answer

If you miss the shuttle, the venue is only about a 15 minute drive and has onsite parking. If you plan on drinking, we recommend using Uber or Lyft, or ask the hotel concierge to provide the number for a preferred local taxi service.

8:30 PM is too early to stop celebrating, will there be an after party?

Answer

Of course! Everyone is more than welcome to return to our hotel for the after party and celebrate safely.

Check-in at the hotel is the same time as the ceremony, what do I do?

Answer

Please contact the hotel as they may be able to provide you an early check-in time. If not, you will be able to check in at the end of the evening upon return. The hotel can also provide storage for your luggage if needed before your check-in time.

I have a food allergy/dietary preference, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! Please let us know and we'll communicate that to the venue.

What should I do if I don't feel well the day of the wedding/the day before the wedding?

Answer

Please stay home and update us as soon as possible. We will 100% understand. Your cooperation in keeping yourself and others safe is greatly appreciated!
