Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive no later than 10 minutes before the start of the ceremony to allow yourself plenty of time to get seated.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is parking at the venue! However, the space can be limited so if you are able to carpool please feel free to do so!

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We are doing our best to have a catering menu that is able to handle most food allergies. If you have a concern and would like to double check with us please feel free to email Audrey (aearnhardtsan@gmail.com) or Eric (eric.san85@gmail.com) and we would be more than happy to see what we can do!

What options are available for the bar at the cocktail hour and reception?

Answer

There will be an open bar that will include beer, wine, and hard cider. For those that do not want alcohol we will have water, lemonade, as well as sweet and unsweet tea available.
