Where are the ceremony and the reception taking place?

Answer

Both the Ceremony and the reception will take place on the beach at the resort.

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is Casual. It's an All white Beach Wedding. The weather is typically HOT!! Ladies: A simple sundress or a breezy maxi dress. Gentlemen: Nice, short-sleeved shirts as well as nice shorts or linen pants.

What's the weather like this time of year in DR?

Answer

The weather in Punta Cana in January is usually dry and sunny. Bring sunglasses and an umbrella, just in case.

Is there travel Insurance?

Answer

Travel Insurance is a must – Guests are responsible for ensuring your travel insurance covers any COVID-19 related delay at the time of booking or as dictated by the insurance policy. If you need comprehensive coverage, please inquire with Paul for a quote. Note: not all credit card companies will cover this. Please double check.

How do we book?

Answer

1. To book and confirm your stay, a non-refundable $50 USD per person (Minimum $100 USD for Single Occupancy) is required to secure your room. Please make your deposit by June 30th, 2022 Rooms are subject to availability at time of booking. To fill out the payment & travel form, please click here. https://wedly.formstack.com/forms/credit_card_authorization_deposit_paul ***once submitted please allow up to 5 to 10 business days for payment process and your invoice to be sent. *** 2. Final Payments are due by October 10th, 2022. Please click here to fill out the final payment form. https://wedly.formstack.com/forms/credit_card_authorization_form_general_paul If you wish to pay by installments and/or use a different card, please contact your Travel Account Manager. 3. Book your flights! Make sure your flights match the dates of your accommodation. 4. Book your Airport Transfers! Once your flights are booked, Paul will be happy to help arrange transportation from the airport to the hotel and back to the airport.

Can we make changes to our reservations?

Answer

Once confirmed, a reservation can be changed at no charge up until the final payment date of October 10th, 2022. This includes but not limited to date changes, room upgrades/down grades and name changes. All changes are subject to availability at time of request. Any changes requested after the final payment date are subject to a minimum $100 USD change fee per guest per change plus any difference in rate or change fee charged by the supplier

Are there any penalties for cancellations?

Answer

Any cancellation made on or before October 9th, 2022, will result in the loss of $50.00 per person ($100 for single occupancy) Cancellations made as of October 10th, 2022, or later are 100% non-refundable.
