House Or Rental
TLDR: We reserved the Tierra Retreat Center from Friday, June 6 to Sunday, June 8, 2025. We reserved the on-site campground starting *Thursday*, June 5, 2025 (a day early to enable adventuring in the area). We would love for as many guests as possible to stay with us on-site for free. Cabins are limited and will be assigned based on family/need, while there is basically unlimited space to camp. We will be camping and highly encourage you to join us! ~~~ Lodging info ~~~ * There is unlimited free camping on-site at Barn Canyon, Thurs. June 5 through Sun. June 8 (https://www.tierraretreat.com/facilities/barn-canyon). Barn Canyon has typical car camping amenities and a bath house with toilets and showers. We will make it a cozy spot no matter the weather with pop-up canopies and cozy hang out set-ups, and we have a backup plan in the unlikely event of un-campable weather. Also be sure to see "camping gear" note below. We (Audrey & Christian) will be camping, and highly encourage others to join us! * There are 2 summer camp-style bunk rooms in the main lodge with 22 beds and dorm-style bathrooms and showers for those interested. This is also part of the bad weather plan for campers. * There is limited room in cabin suites, which will be prioritized based on family & need (e.g., children, medical, etc.) Each suite has a bedroom with 1 queen bed, a living room with 1 queen hide-a-bed, a full bathroom, and a kitchenette. ~~~ Important notes ~~~ * We (Audrey & Christian) are organizing lodging. Please contact us with any venue inquiries. DON'T contact Tierra staff. * Please contact us if you would like to bring a camper/RV. * Important! Only 3 dogs are allowed on the property, and the spots are full. Unfortunately it's the venue's rule and they are strict about it :(. Travel Note
We will have some large tents, inflatable air mattresses, and other gear people can borrow. We will have an electric air mattress inflator pump for people to use. We will also add information here about camping rentals for those wanting to travel without the gear. More details to come!
