Is there a dress code?

Yes! We kindly request that our guests wear formal attire. (suits and longer dresses and please, no denim.)

Is there parking?

Answer

Parking is available at the venue. However we will be providing transportation from the Evergreen Comfort Inn to the venue and back. If you plan to drive please plan accordingly and enjoy the open bar responsibly.

Shuttle Information

Shuttle departing outside Comfort Inn Evergreen at 4PM to head to venue Returning shuttles 9PM, 10PM, and final trip at 11PM

Can I just Uber?

Answer

You may find a ride there but they are NOT reliable for a ride back down the mountain. Please plan to utilize the provided shuttle or have a member of your party drive.

Plan to start promptly at 5PM so please plan accordingly.

We’re celebrating at 10,650 ft! For your comfort, we suggest hydrating well and allowing time to adjust to the altitude if coming from out of state. Temperatures can change quickly—please plan accordingly and consider bringing layers!

There is absolutely no outside alcoholic beverages allowed. The venue is strict about this and will enforce a hefty fine. There will be ample options to choose from at the open bar so don't worry.
