Are kids allowed at the wedding?

Answer

Unfortunately, only children that are part of the wedding party will be allowed to attend. Please arrange child care as needed.

Will the Ceremony be held at the same location as the Reception?

Answer

Yes, the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be held at the same venue.

Is the wedding open bar or cash bar?

Answer

The bar will be complimentary however please be mindful of tipping our bartenders!

What should I wear?

Answer

This is a semi-formal event. The venue is an outdoor venue in the valley of Escondido so please be mindful of higher temperatures in the month of August. There are some gravel pathways so please wear footwear accordingly.

Where should I stay?

Answer

The bride and groom will be staying at the Rancho Bernardo Inn along with the wedding party. Room blocks have been placed for your convenience. Please click the travel tab for more info on nearby hotels.

Will there be transportation services or parking at the venue?

Answer

There is a large parking lot at the venue you can park for free. However, if you plan on visiting the bar, ride-sharing services are highly recommended. In addition, we have arranged transportation services to and from Rancho Bernardo Inn. Shuttle will be leaving from rancho Bernardo inn @ 3pm, and bringing guest back to the hotel once wedding concludes. There may be parking fees to park at the Rancho Bernardo Inn hotel.

Are you registered anywhere?

Answer

We currently do not have any registries. Monetary gifts are preferred. Please check our wedding Venmo link located under the registry tab.

Can I bring a date ?

Answer

We can only accommodate the number of guests placed on your personal invitation card.
