What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Arrive at 4:50 pm, so you can be seated and we can begin the ceremony promptly at 5:00. If you take the shuttle from the Rittenhouse Hotel, please arrive at 3:45 to meet the shuttle, which will depart for the venue at 4:00. We have 48 seats on each bus and there are 2 buses.

What is the order of events?

Ceremony: 5:00 pm Cocktail Hour: 5:30 pm Dinner and Dancing: 6:30 pm - 11:30 pm

What's the dress code?

Answer

Dress code: Black-tie optional. Vibes (optional): garden party, maximalist, outshine the bride. Most importantly, wear something that you love and feel great wearing. We’re just happy to see you!

No, unfortunately he’s being really stubborn about that, so we’ve both got to keep our names.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, two shuttles will arrive at the Rittenhouse Hotel at 3:45pm and depart for the venue at 4:00pm. The shuttles will depart the venue for the Rittenhouse Hotel at 11:45pm.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If you have a guest name or plus one option listed on your invitation, then yes. We're keeping an eye on RSVPs so no one has to choose between going alone without friends at the wedding and missing the wedding. If you're worried you're going to be stuck in that situation, please let me know and we'll work on a solution, subject to venue capacity.

Is there parking at the venue?

Yes, there's parking at the venue. We will also be providing a a shuttle to/from the Rittenhouse Hotel, departing for the venue at 4:00 pm. Please arrive by 3:45 pm to board. Uber is also an option.

We are having a Welcome Cocktail Party at Scarpetta at 8:00 pm on Friday, June 20th.

Please do not feel obligated to get us anything, we're just happy to spend this time with you! That being said, our registry is on this website.
