Hotel
The room block is reserved for two nights: Saturday, August 15 (the night before the wedding) and Sunday, August 16 (the night of the wedding). If you prefer to book for only one night, please make your reservation directly through the hotel’s website. For special requests—such as a queen bed or a river view room—please call the hotel. You will still receive the block rate. Please note that the final booking date for the room block rate is July 16th.
Shuttle
August 16, 2026 5:15 pm - 11:00 pm
A shuttle will run from the Loom Hotel to the venue, leaving the hotel at 5:15 pm. The shuttle will then leave the reception at 10:50 pm and return to the hotel. There is parking at the hotel if you chose to drive to the hotel and take the shuttle.
