The wedding is on a military base - how is that going to work?

Answer

You must provide us with your full first, middle, last name as well as date of birth and state or country of residence, for every attendee in your party over the age of 16 PRIOR to September 1st. We have to give that information in a list to base security. Anyone who does not provide us with that information will not be on the list. Anyone who is not on the list, and doesn’t have a DOD ID card, will not have access to the base and cannot attend the wedding. On the wedding day, once you arrive at the gate, show the gate guard a photo ID or DOD ID for every person over 16 years old. Will there be food?

Yes! We will have an assortment of heavy appetizers, lots of desserts, and of course the bride’s favorite: cake! There WILL be dairy free and gluten free options.

Is there parking?

Yes! There is a large parking lot exclusively used for the conference center, right outside and completely free.

Will there be alcohol?

We will be serving champagne, beer, and wine. Drinks are on us until 4:30pm, after which will be a cash bar for the rest of the evening.
