Boston-cut strip loin steak, Caribbean lobster tail, market vegetables, creamy mashed potatoes, red wine-thyme reduction
Option #2:Allspice Dusted Pork Tenderloin
Sweet potato purée, grilled ripe plantains, caramelized pear jerk sauce
