What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.

Please mail your RSVP card back or RSVP online by December 1, 2022

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event, as our venue has minimal accommodations for children. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and are happy to offer any support that we can.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Do you have a hotel block for guests?

Answer

Where are you registered?

Answer

Celebrating with our friends and family is what is most important to us! However, if you would like to support this new chapter of our lives with a gift we would be grateful. We have set up a honeymoon fund as well as a small registry available on the Registry page.

Are the ceremony and reception location wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes!

Does your wedding have a theme? What should I wear?

Answer

Yes! We’re having a wedding at our New Year’s Eve party. Please wear the festive New Year's Eve attire that makes you feel your most glamourous!

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will both be held indoors. Weather permitting, we will have a cocktail hour outdoors.

Will transportation be provided between to/from the hotel?

Answer

Transportation to the venue can be arranged through Uber or Lyft. However, transportation from the venue to the Marriott Downtown Knoxville will be provided after ringing in the New Year.

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Answer

Parking at the venue is free, but limited. We are providing transportation from the venue to the Marriott Downtown Knoxville after we ring in the New Year.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

No, we ask that you refrain from taking personal photos and keep your phones fully turned off during the ceremony. We have an excellent professional photographer who will capture every moment for us.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the bridal party will be taking pictures nearby. Guests are invited to the patio (weather permitting) for a cocktail hour until they return.

Can I post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Yes, we encourage guests to post pictures on their social media channels, our only request is that you wait to post photos until after the wedding to share photos of the bride and groom.

Will food and drinks be served at the reception? What kind of food?

Answer

Food and drinks will be provided at the reception. The venue has a full bar and our catering will be provided by Spaces in the City. Look forward to Heavy Hors D'oeuvres, a Slider Bar, and a Mac & Cheese Bar.

Will there be any vegan/vegetarian/gluten free/special diet options?

Answer

If you have special dietary restrictions or allergies, please list them on the back of the RSVP card and mail in by December 1st. We will do our very best to accommodate everyone’s needs, and will inform you in advance if they can’t be met.
