Great burritos and muffins (of course), and great, strong coffee. It can be busy, but you can call ahead the day before and order muffins by the dozen for pick up the next day.

Love Muffin Cafe

Beautiful, close to the hotel, great for all ages, about 5 miles round trip. Takes you to a pretty cool spot at the end.

Grandstaff Canyon

A bit more of a drive, about 45 min. from town, but it's a really scenic drive along the river. A winding hike that takes you as far as you'd like to go, but most people do 4-5 miles, winding through massive sandstone towers with sweeping views of the river valley.

Fisher Towers

This is a massive area up above Moab that people love to visit for mountain biking and Jeeping. I think it's a great spot for sunset!
