Cocktail/Business Dress (ie: dresses, pant suits, sport coats, dress pants, dress shirts, etc)

What are the Hotel Accommodations?

Answer

We have reserved 2 hotels that have a limited amount of blocked rooms for the Baxter Wedding. Look in the Accommodation link and it will take you directly to those hotels. You do not have to stay in those hotels. You may find one in the area or VRBO/Airbnb.

How do I send in my RSVP?

Answer

There is a QR code in the bottom right corner of the RSVP card. Scan that code and it will take you to our RSVP link.

Hotel Check In Time. Can I check in before 4pm?

Answer

YES! You can check in before 4:00pm. Let the hotel(s), per our booking, know that you are with the Baxter Wedding that starts at 4:00pm on Saturday, and they will accommodate you for early check in at 2:00pm.

Question

I only want to stay Saturday night. How do I only book for one night?

Answer

If you are staying at the Holiday Inn Temple-Belton - linked in Accommodations, you can make a separate reservation and let them know you are with the Baxter Wedding. Due to the busy season during June the Holiday Inn would only let us reserve that many rooms for a 2 night stay. The Fairfield Inn will automatically allow for a 1 night stay.
