Is there a dress code?

Answer

We want our guests to feel and look good too! With that said, we are doing a semi formal dress code. We are planning to have our ceremony outside, so make sure you check the weather and dress accordingly! Ohio weather is pretty crazy sometimes. If that is the case, we will move the ceremony to the reception barn located on the property.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your kids so so much and they are welcome to come. However, we want this to be a night off and a good time for you! If you are unable to find a sitter, we understand. Just know there will be possible loud music and alcohol at the reception.

Will there be a seating chart?

Answer

We are actually doing open seating for this event! Feel free to sit with whoever you wish. The only reserved tables will be for the close family of the bride and groom plus the bridal/grooms party table!

Will food and drinks be served at the reception? What kind of food?

Answer

Yes! We are offering an open bar, and we will be having food catered by Mission BBQ. We also plan on having a s'mores bar outside by the firepit (weather permitting). If you have any dietary restrictions that we should be made aware of, please feel free to contact us accordingly.

Are we allowed to take pictures on our phones?

Answer

We ask that you do not take pictures during the ceremony, but you are more than welcome to do so during the reception!

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please complete the RSVP no later than September 25th, 2024, that way we can get an accurate headcount for our vendors. IMPORTANT: If we do not hear back from you ON or BEFORE the deadline, we will assume that you will not be attending and you may be taken off the guest list. If you decide to "show up" without an RSVP, you will be sitting at the "table of shame" and will be provided a peanut butter & jelly sandwich 😉 Can't wait to celebrate with you!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

If you are traveling from out of town/state and would like to have a hotel close to the bride and groom, there is a Comfort Inn & Suites in our town of Hartville!

*We do have vendors who are being hired for the event, so if you wish to leave a tip, you are more than welcome to. We will have jars set up at the bar for the bartenders working the event! *If you have any song requests, you can let us know when you RSVP on our site! *The bar will be open from 4:30pm to 9:30pm
