Hi there and welcome to the Question and Answer portion of our Wedding Website! Below are some frequently asked questions about the wedding. Please be sure to read them all to avoid any confusion later on! Thank you

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Please remember to RSVP by September 5th! This will help us ensure there's a seat reserved for you and your family

Can I bring a Guest?

Answer

If your guest is not already covered in the invitation, please let the bride know as soon as possible (by May 2026)

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Only children that are part of the wedding party itself are invited to attend the CEREMONY (this does not include children over 10yrs), but all children regardless of age are more than welcome to attend the reception. We kindly ask that parent and children who do wish to attend are well-behaved to ensure everyone can enjoy the moment.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! The dress code is cocktail. Examples of attire will be provided in invitations

Can I wear white?

Answer

No! We want all our guests to feel comfortable and enjoy the evening. While we love everyone’s unique style, we kindly ask that guests avoid wearing white attire on our special day. This will help everyone fully relax and enjoy the celebration.

What time should I arrive at the venue?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 1pm at St. Landry Catholic Church. Guests are free to go to the venue (Stone Oaks) starting at 12:30 if they wish to not participate in the ceremony

Is there parking available at the Venue?

Answer

Yes! There will be plenty of parking as well as travel post wedding if parties so choose

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Transportation for the wedding party has been arranged. If you need a ride to the venue, please reach out to the bride in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements Link to uber to add voucher for transportation to wedding and to home. If you already have uber enter this code " "

Will the event be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be conducted indoors at St. Landry Catholic Church and the reception will be at Stone Oaks where it is a mixture of both inside and outside areas for guests

What if the weather is bad?

Answer

As they say, rain on your wedding day is a sign of good luck! If it does rain, we’ll move the reception indoors. In the unlikely event of emergency conditions, we’ll keep you updated with any changes. Rest assured, we’ll make sure everything runs smoothly!

Travel info will be included in the invitations as well as listed on the website.

Are the ceremony and reception locations wheelchair accessible?

Answer

We strive to be inclusive and accommodating for all of our guests! The ceremony will take place indoors but the reception will be a mixture of grassy outside/ flat indoor space! Please message bride if you have any concerns!

Are there hotel room blocks available for guests?

Answer

We will be having rooms blocked for guests that are from out of town but If you are in need of room and board for the time of your stay here please notify Taylor Morris at , asap!

(For out of town guests) Is there anything to do/restaurants around the hotel before the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! There are many restaurants and things to do during your stay! There is a new TopGolf entertainment area, a children museum (which the Bride use to go to when she was younger), bowling, skating, roller blading. There's also many parks to visit such as Moncus park and Girard park to name some. There are also many restaurants including Mel's (which was where the Bride and Grooms had their first date), and Sushi Masa (which is the Bride and Grooms favorite place to eat out)! All is listed in the travel section of the website!

Is it okay to take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

No! We kindly ask our guests to save their phones during the ceremony, as we’ll have a professional photographer and videographer capturing all the special moments. We’d love for you to be fully present with us and experience this beautiful event!

How early can I arrive at the venue?

Answer

Guests can arrive 1 hour before it starts at the earliest for both the ceremony and the reception

Do you have a Wedding registry?

Answer

Yes! It is linked on the Zola website, we are registered with a couple of stores so having it all in one place is much easier! Please message the bride if you have an questions or need any help accessing it!

Will dinner be served at the reception?

Answer

Yes! Dinner will be served at the reception, on the invitation will be a list of foods to be served. Please message bride for any dietary or sensitivities you may have so we may have other options available for you!

Will there be any vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free or special diet options available?

Answer

Yes there are many options for guests to choose from. If you have any concerns please message the Bride!

Question

Will we see the Bride or the Groom the Sunday after the Wedding?

Answer

We will be in town for the morning of Sunday the 11th to say last goodbyes to the Wedding party during brunch, but will be leaving later that day to go on our Honeymoon!

Who should I message with questions?

Answer

You can message the Bride up until 3 months before the wedding as to avoid any stresses to her during this time. The Matron of Honor Katie Musemeche or Wedding Day coordinator Taylor Morris at taylormorrisevents@gmail.com can answer all questions related to the wedding and ceremony!
