We are eloping in a cabin in the woods with a small group of spectators. Don't worry we won't read Latin in front of the books!
Aaron and I decided we didn't want the night to be traditional. We mainly want to spend time talking, listening to our curated playlist full of horrors and maybe enjoy a film or two full of what goes bump in the night.
There will be some light snacks and drinks but there will not be a meal. Perhaps cake...and more than likely donuts...its a must. We are doing a cash bar in lieu of gifts. For a list of our favorite restaurants they will be listed in the things to do section.
Short answer, we're not. We honestly don't need a gravy boat or fine china. We wanted this to be an opportunity to spend time with friends and family. If you absolutely feel you must, we have two cash funds set up for travel to horror conventions we like to do together and work for our house. Again, do not feel obligated we have everything we need and we would prefer to see you. Use that money to have a few drinks with us at the party.
Please be as comfortable as you like. I think I will be in my dress(at least part of the night then horror tshirt and leggings...) and I doubt Aaron will wear his suit again!
