How can I RSVP?
Answer
When you receive your physical, formal invitation, you will also receive an RSVP card. To RSVP, you can scan the QR code to submit your response, or mail the completed response card back to us.

When do I need to RSVP by?

Please submit your RSVP either online or by mail no later than April 18, 2025.

How do I get to the venue?
Answer
The address is 1155 Incline Road, Whitwell, TN 37397 Be on the lookout for white directional signs pointing you to MOUNTAIN WILLOW MANOR. When you approach the fork in the road at the foot of the mountain KEEP LEFT on Incline Road. The GPS may try to take you right, which will get you to the destination but not as easily. Just keep following the road up the mountain, and following the white signs, and eventually, you will arrive at the beautiful Manor. There should be someone at the top to direct you where to park specifically. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE VENUE IS LOCATED IN THE CENTRAL TIME ZONE AND PLAN ACCORDINGLY.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony will be held outside, weather permitting, followed by an outdoor social hour. The reception space will be indoors.

What should I wear?
Answer
We are asking that everybody give us their Sunday best! For men, we suggest a button-down shirt and khakis/dress pants. For the ladies, a casual sundress or a nice top and pants. We hope most of all that everyone feels comfortable, so don't feel obligated to step too far out of your comfort zone... it's not that serious! Please just try to refrain from jeans and athletic wear, and especially no white!

Am I allowed to bring a plus one? What about my kids?
Answer
All guests will be specified on your invitation, including guests and kiddos! Due to venue constraints, we sadly had to put a cap on our guest list. If you do not have a guest or child addressed on your invitation, please do not bring anyone along with you.
Question
I have an allergy or food intolerance, what should I do?
Answer
First, let us know in your RSVP response! It is very important to us that everyone has an option to eat something delicious even with these restrictions. We want to make accommodations as much as we can, so if you have any restrictions please let us know well in advance! We are doing our best to make sure that we have an allergen-free dessert option and will do our best to accommodate restrictions within our dinner options.

What about a registry?

Somewhere on this lovely website, you will find links to our cash funds and registry! We have both been living independently for a while now, so we will already be moving in with double the necessities. For this reason, we have included cash funds that will go towards our honeymoon, future adventures, dream gifts, an emergency savings fund, and even towards a down payment on a house!

What is the timeline for wedding day?

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 pm CST (6:00 pm EST). We ask that you prepare to arrive early to account for any navigational snafus and to find your seat well before the ceremony begins. After the ceremony, we will have a social hour for our guests to mingle as we prepare the reception space for dinner. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE VENUE IS LOCATED IN THE CENTRAL TIME ZONE AND PLAN ACCORDINGLY.
