We met at one of our best friends house. We went paddle boarding, and Westin dumped both of us in the lake! We talked all night and it was like we had known one another forever.

I came home from work and Westin insisted we go outside. I told him I wanted to put my pajamas on until I showered. He wanted to take the dogs outside to play. “I thought why does he want to go play with the dogs so badly” So of course I put my pajamas on and walk outside and he gets on one knee and asks me. I’m so distracted by him I don’t even see the beautiful sign he’s made for me! Of course I said yes and then freaked out because I was in pajamas and slippers!

Here’s to all our trips we take. Our love for animals especially, our two dogs. The encouragement we give each other everyday. Here’s to our next chapter!
