Question
What time should I arrive to the venue?
Answer
We recommend arriving at 2:30pm so that you have time to familiarize yourself with the lodge. There will be pre ceremony appetizers and refreshments provided. The ceremony begins at 4:30pm and all guests will need to leave the lodge and head to the ceremony site by 4pm. The ceremony site is less than a mile up the road and staff will provide directions and where to park once you arrive. Sharing rides from the lodge to the ceremony site is recommended.

What should I wear?

We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us! Dress code is Cocktail attire. Keep in mind, the ceremony and cocktail hour take place outside, but the reception will take place inside.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
We love your little ones! However, due to limited space we encourage you to use this evening as a date night. Children under 3 are not counted in our RSVP'd guest list and are considered "lap children" at the dinner table. Please keep in mind highchairs will not be provided.

Can I bring a guest?
Answer
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you have received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for your understanding!

Where should I stay?
Answer
We're so thankful you're making the trip to celebrate with us! If you have not been assigned a room at the lodge, there is a place down the road from the lodge called Miners Camp that has several cabins available to book. There are also several hotels in Auburn such as Best Western, Holiday Inn Express, Springhill Suites, and The Red Lion. It is about a 25 minute drive back to Auburn from the Lodge.

What time does the reception end?
Answer
The reception ends at 10pm, but you are welcome to continue celebrating with us! You can join us downstairs in the lounge for the after party and late night appetizers. The bar will remain open until 2am. There is a separate room in the downstairs lounge designated for Cigar and Marijuana use.
